Our five bedroom fully air conditioned villa is located on the private gated community of Grand Reserve which is 15 minutes from Disneyworld and 25 minutes from Universal Studios Islands of Adventure and Sea World. To the east there is Kennedy Space centre, Coco Beach, Daytona Beach which is approximately an hour’s drive from the villa. To the west there is Busch Gardens theme park and the west coast beaches of St Petersburg and Clearwater which are approximately an hour’s drive from the villa.
There is a sitting room with cable TV, DVD player with a selection of films, and play station two with a selection of games and a separate formal dining room. There is also a fully fitted Dining Kitchen with dishwasher, waste disposal, electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer.
Family room with cable TV with DVD surround sound system with patio doors leading to the pool deck. Outside there is an extended 30feet x 50feet fully screened south facing pool deck which overlooks conservation wet land which attracts various species of birds.
Heated 30feet x 15feet swimming pool, with separate above ground hot tub, 20foot Lanai with luxury gas barbeque and patio furniture. There is a Games room with full size American pool table and air Hockey table.
There are five bedrooms, a ground floor master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite with walk in shower separate bath tub, twin vanity unit, and Wc and patio doors leading to the pool deck.
There are a further three bedrooms on the ground floor one with a queen size bed and two with two single beds in each, they share a bathroom with a bath with shower over Wc and single vanity unit there is also access to this bathroom from the pool deck.
There is a second master bedroom on the first floor with queen size bed and en-suite with bath with shower over Wc and single vanity unit. All five bedrooms have wardrobes, ceiling fans and cable TV.
There is a computer with broad band high speed internet access which also has a wireless hub so you are able to connect your own lap top.
